Ricky graduated from Sir Sanford Fleming College in 2015. He is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

Ricky always strives to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the therapy room and tailors each of his treatments to the needs of the client. Over the course of his massage therapy career, Ricky has gained extensive knowledge by treating people with long term chronic pain, acute injuries, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, anxiety, depression, nervous system disorders, prenatal patients, artists, athletes, and more.

Whether your care requires therapeutic treatment or your desire a more relaxation-based experience, Ricky’s goal is to help each of his clients return to a comfortable, pain-free, state of equilibrium and balance in their daily lives.

Diana Delisle is the owner of Poised Massage Therapy. She has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2008. She graduated from International Academy of Massage intensive massage therapy program with Honours and then passed her board exams with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), and registered as a massage therapist in June 2008.

Diana takes a holistic approach to massage therapy, which means the whole body is considered in each treatment. She is a passionate therapist who strives to provide her clients with a natural approach to healing. Diana specializes in therapeutic treatments, deep tissue, prenatal, sports and relaxation massage. She also has additional training in TMJ (Temporo Mandibular Joint) dysfunction (TMJ treatment and rehabilitation) as well as Modern Cupping Therapy . She has integrated techniques specializing in rehabilitation from work related stress and injuries to low back pain, sprains, strains, headaches, muscle tension, tendonitis, and postural abnormalities. Diana is proficient in Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Tissue massage techniques, and while using these techniques; is very sensitive to the pressure needs of the client.

She introduces clients to new ways to care for themselves through specific lifestyle modifications and stretching exercises. Diana feels each client utilizes massage therapy for different purposes as part of their own wellness program. Whether for general relaxation or to address a specific issue, her goal is to work and educate her clients to design each session to meet their needs most effectively and provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience. She strives to encourage balance in each client by providing massage therapy that not only decreases pain and muscle tension, but also results in increased emotional balance and relaxation.

Leah McGuinty graduated with honors from Trillium College in Kingston, ON. She has been practicing Massage Therapy since January 2013.

She is proficient in the use of various massage techniques including General Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Hot Stone Massage. Her commitment to providing client centered care has allowed her to create a supportive environment, ensuring every client feels better then when they arrived. Leah has been privileged to work with clients spanning diverse ages and presenting an array conditions. She has a genuine interest in helping them recover from injuries, feel relief from chronic pain and enjoy a better quality of life.

Leah provides a thorough assessment to reveal any underlying conditions that may affect the client’s response to treatment. She specializes in therapeutic massage to decrease the effects of chronic conditions such as tendonitis, degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis and other overuse injuries, as well as brain injuries such as PTSD. She also enjoys providing full body relaxation massages to reduce stress, tight muscles and tension headaches, to improve circulation and quality of sleep, and prenatal massage to relieve any stress and discomfort associated with pregnancy.

Brigitte Martel is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from International Academy of Massage Therapy in 2008. Natacha graduated with Honours from the International Academy of Massage in 2005. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

Always having an interest in health care with the desire to work with and help people, Natacha decided to pursue a career in Registered Massage Therapy as a more ‘hands on’ approach to this endeavour after completing a BA in Psychology from Carleton University. Natacha believes that the benefits of massage today are varied and far-reaching. Massage provides relief to people of all ages – from infants to seniors – and from all walks of life – from the weekend or competitive athlete, to the home gardener or caretaker, to the overstressed, overworked office worker, to the balancing act of being a parent. Natacha believes that massage offers a drug-free, non-invasive and humanistic approach based on the body’s natural ability to heal itself. She also believes that massage is an important part of physical rehabilitation programs and that massage helps relieve stress and tension of everyday living that can lead to disease and illness.

Natacha strives to restore, promote and maintain the function and health of her clients, easing pain and anxiety, while at the same time promoting good health and a sense of well being. She specializes in therapeutic treatments, prenatal, deep tissue, sports and relaxation massages using integrated techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, contract relax stretching and passive stretching.
